Through the Bloggers Love Hub, I recently had the opportunity to review some teeth whitening strips from the brand Doll White. These strips are non-peroxide, which I like because I don’t want to damage my teeth or gums (mine are sensitive!). I also like the sleek packaging, and they’re individually wrapped which is great if you’re going somewhere and just want to take a few.
I got to try the 14-day strips, but they also have 28-day, 42-day and even 56-day sets. I found that 14 days was long enough for me, but if you wanted your teeth to be extra white for a special event or something, a larger set might be better for you.
The instructions are easy to follow, you can have a read above if you want, but basically you just brush your teeth then put the gel strips on for half an hour. The results are subtle to begin with, but after a few days I definitely noticed a difference. I prefer this way of whitening teeth gradually, rather than suddenly having bright white teeth like Ross Geller from Friends!
I personally prefer using teeth whitening toothpaste, because I don’t like the texture of the gel on my teeth, but if you’re considering teeth whitening, Doll White works well and at £19.99 for 14 days, it’s not too expensive!
