Games To Play When You’re Bored!
Recently I’ve been getting more and more into video games, particularly when the weather isn’t great and I can’t go outside (yay for British summers), as well as on train journeys when I get bored. I thought I’d share a few suggestions of games to play if you’re bored, including some of my favorites, and some I’ve come across this month.
I’m one of those people who enters the National Lottery now and again, and I have been known to bet on the F1 Grand Prix (I won £50 a few months ago thanks to Daniel Ricciardo!), so I’ve been looking at free, no deposit online casino games recently. There are a lot of gambling games available online, so check that out if you’re interested, but always remember to be responsible with your money if you do!
Other games I enjoy on my phone are Monument Valley, a beautiful game of adventure and architecture, and winner of many awards, as well as Disney’s Tsum Tsum game, which is totally addictive.
Of course, I couldn’t write this blog post without mentioning Pokémon Go too, the whole world is obsessed with it! While I like the idea of catching Pokemon, I’m a bit concerned about the amount of data it uses so I haven’t really gotten into it. Plus I’m in Devon at the moment and it’s hard to find Pokemon down here! You should also remember to be responsible with Pokemon Go, as I’ve heard a lot of people have been spending a lot on extra pokeballs!
The game I’ve been playing the most this past month is the new Lego Star Wars: The Force Awakens game on my Macbook. I managed to connect my little brothers’ Xbox One controller via USB (and a few drivers), which makes it much easier to play. It’s so fun, I totally recommend it. While I love playing games like Lego Star Wars: The Force Awakens and YouTubers Life (don’t judge me) on my Macbook, it’s not the most portable device I have, so I still play on my Nintendo 3DS (Nintendogs and Animal Crossing are so much fun) during long journeys, although mobile games on my smartphone are more convenient.
