The Body Shop is one of my favourite places to get skincare products, and recently they had a 40% off discount combined with free shipping, so of course I couldn’t resist getting a few things.

As I said, I really like The Body Shop skincare, so I picked up a new Tea Tree Skin Clearing Lotion. I’ve used this before, and it’s perfect for certain times of the month when I get a few spots. This is £9 for 50ml.

I also picked up an InstaBlur, which is apparently an “all-in-one perfector”. It basically ‘blurs’ your pores and gets rid of shine, and it works great as a primer. As much as I like this product, £14 is a bit expensive for such a small tube (for students like me!).

I’d never tried any hair products from The Body Shop, so I ordered a few things from their eco-friendly ‘Rainforest’ range, including the shine shampoo, moisture conditioner and coconut hair oil. This range is silicone and paraben-free, making it ideal for curly hair. Although the scent of the shampoo / conditioner is a bit strange at first, I’m getting used to it, and I’d much rather use it than a nice-smelling shampoo filled with nasties. Oh, and the coconut oil is amazing. The shampoo and conditioner are both £4.50 for 250ml, and the hair oil is £7.
