Happy New Year!
Today’s blog post is all about some vape products I’ve been trying out from FlavourBoss over the last month, so whether you’re a vaper, a smoker, or just curious, keep reading for my thoughts. If you do smoke, what better time to quit than the New Year?
I have never personally been a smoker, but several of my friends are. I often like to bring along a vapouriser with nicotine-free liquids when we go out. It gives me something to do when they smoke, and the flavours are fun!
Originally, FlavourBoss had planned to send me some Christmas-themed flavours, which sounded really cool, but that range didn’t get developed in time. Instead, I was sent three different vapes, a whole box filled with liquids, and other bits and bobs.
I have reviewed some vape products before, but I am in no way an expert. Let me just point out first that I didn’t get any instructions with these products, so it has been a mixture of using FlavourBoss’s website, trial and error, and of course, YouTube videos to figure out what to do.
The great thing about vaping is that there are so many different types of vapouriser, liquids, and nicotine levels, so you can tailor it to your needs.
Through trying out these products from FlavourBoss, I’ve found the perfect vape for me, the perfect one for Ollie, and one that isn’t ideal for either of us. It makes sense to talk about the devices themselves before the exciting flavours, so here we go…
GeekVape Tsunami Mech Kit
The vapouriser I’ve been using the most is the GeekVape Tsunami Mech Kit. I love the sleek design, and the big button on the bottom you press to use it.
You can even get different interchangeable sleeves for it, which brings out the typical blogger girl in me – I’m definitely going to order a cute one! You can quickly switch between 510 and hybrid modes, and I found it fairly easy to sort out the coil for it.
One battery slots in the tube and you’re pretty much good to go. This one is £44.99, mid-range of the three I tried.
Aspire PockeX
When I opened all of these products, I thought I’d enjoy the Aspire PockeX the most, because it’s little and dainty, which is convenient for me. However, I have been struggling with it, because the size means it’s quite fiddly inside! I’ll have to try it out again when I get the chance.
This was the cheapest one at £22.99, so if you’re considering trying out vaping but don’t want to commit a lot of money to it, maybe give this one a go. They also have a rose gold version, cute huh?
Wismech Rx Gen 3 Kit
Ollie has been using the Wismech RX Gen 3 Kit, and he loves it. You pretty much just turn it on and go, which was a lot easier than the other two, as you don’t need to sort out a coil.
The information screen is useful if you’re interested in the tech-y stuff. The design is quite big and weighty, but that’s because it takes three batteries, and therefore lasts ages. It’s subohm, meaning you can puff huge clouds!
Time for the liquids!
I was sent an insane amount of e-liquids, so I haven’t tried them all yet. Between myself, my brother, and my boyfriend, we’ve certainly given it a go! FlavourBoss certainly live up to their name: they have a huge variety of e-liquids, all with quirky names and totally delicious.
If you buy any of these, they come in cute packaging with unique designs, not the sample tubes I have pictured above.
FlavourBoss also do their own special concentrates called ‘boss shots’, meaning you can mix your own vape liquids. Super cool, huh? We loved both the Purple Slush and Stripple Reborn, they’re delicious. Stripple Reborn is a mixture of homemade strawberry and raspberry ripple ice cream, doesn’t that sound delicious?
I’m one of those people who snacks while they study, which usually means I’m not hungry enough for mealtimes. These sweet-flavour vape liquids are perfect while I’m studying, totally satisfying my cravings.
Overall, my favourite FlavourBoss liquids are definitely the biscuit-inspired ones. They honestly have every single flavour you could possibly want, and all the hardware you need – it’s amazing.
Whether you’re a smoker or not, I’d definitely recommend checking out FlavourBoss if you’re interested in trying out vaping. If you do, make sure to use the code EUNDER10 for 10% off!
Thanks for reading,
Emily.
