On Monday, my friend and I decided to go and explore Shoreditch because we both had a free afternoon. I go to Camden a lot, but hadn’t really been to Brick Lane, or Shoreditch in general.
I’d read that the biggest vintage store in Europe, Blitz London, is in Shoreditch, so I had to check it out. After spending way too much money on vintage clothes and vinyl records, we stopped at the famous Cereal Killer Cafe for a break.
I didn’t end up getting cereal because I wasn’t hungry, but my friend got an epic bowl filled with banana, caramel, and chocolate… I forget exactly what it was called, but it looked amazing, and cost just under £5.
However, I did get a delicious salted caramel iced coffee, which was perfect for cooling me down after all the walking around Brick Lane. This was only about £2.50, and totally yum!
We had the whole place to ourselves, which was a bit strange, but it meant I could take a bunch of photos!
I love the 90’s theme, with vintage TVs playing cartoons, old VCR tapes, and mismatched tables and chairs. It was fun to chill and watch Adventure Time while chatting with my friend.
Have you been to the Cereal Killer cafe?
I’ll definitely be returning, or checking out the one in Camden. Next time I’ll actually get some cereal!
This place looks amazing – definitely up my street. I’ll have to hunt that down next time in down in London

Wow, I can’t believe you had the whole place to yourself! I’m still yet to go, all my friend think it’s too hipster to visit with me!
