Hello all! Today I’ve got a blog post for you that I’m pretty excited about… I’m sharing 15 beautiful free printable planners, to help you all with your organisation skills. Managing your time is so important, and if you’re like me, you need a cute planner to do it!
Whether you’re trying to plan your schedule, track your meals, or start practising gratitude for positivity… there will be something here for you.
15 Beautiful Free Printable Planners!
I’m always creating things on Canva, whether that’s social media graphics, printables, or even my CV. There are tons of beautiful premade layouts too, for pretty much whatever you need! If you haven’t used Canva yet, you need to get over there and try it. Did I mention that it’s free?
I’d especially recommend Canva if you have a YouTube channel because it’s incredibly easy to create channel art, thumbnails, and end cards on there. It’s great for creating Pinterest pins too!
Anyway, I was browsing through their premade templates and came across loads of gorgeous printable planners. So I edited some of them for you to use.
If you head over to Canva yourself and select the ‘A4 page design’ type, you can scroll through and find your own planner of choice. You could completely customise it, or create your own from scratch!
There are so many awesome designs on there, but I didn’t want to completely overwhelm you, so here are 10 of my favourites, ready in pdf form for you to save and print.
Yay for cute free stationery! Well, except for your ink and paper of course…

These planners look great printed out in different sizes! You could stick them inside a bullet journal or notebook, put them on a pinboard, keep them on your desk… endless planner fun. You can also use them digitally if you have an iPad. Just import the PDF into GoodNotes, or whichever digital planning app you use.
Make sure to grab my other free printables, including writing prompts and self-care checklists. You can find them on my Shop and Freebie Library page.
Finally, I wanted to mention that I’ve recently opened a printable shop! You can purchase my digital art, printable planners, and bullet journal pages on Etsy.
